Staffordshire Dance Collective is a network of professional dance artists, creating professional dance development opportunities for local dance artists and 3rd year dance students either living or working across Staffordshire. We are creative individuals, passionate about creating more opportunities in the locality.  
The group formed in September 2005, following a shared desire to support one another in their artistic practice.  SDC is about improving resources for dance artists in Staffordshire and creating a more vibrant, strong and supportive dance community. We aim to create a wider variety of opportunities and training to achieve a higher standard of practice in all the areas of dance that we work in. It is important to SDC that we reduce isolation and improve confidence  ensuring we keep a strong focus on the needs and issues local artists face.
